This is a fan translation of Rashe and the Village of Sacrifice (ラーシェと生贄の村) done by me, Liffia.
This patch includes the following:
- Data folder which includes all of the game data translations (170 items)
- Graphics folder which includes:
	- Titles1 folder for the title screen
	- Pictures folder with 39 pictures inside
- Game.ini
- This readme file
If you're missing any of these, please redownload the patch.

Issues(?):
- There's an _ in the names of buildings when [Display Building] is on.
The game uses a script called ネームポップ (namepop) for the display building function.
How it works is that the dev puts in a comment in an event below where he wants
the building name to be shown. The comment is <namepop XXXXX>, with XXXXX being the name displayed.
The problem with this is that namepop cannot register blank spaces.
<namepop ハリイトの家> would actually show ハリイトの家 in game if Display Building is turned on,
but <namepop Hariito's Shop> wouldn't show anything. <namepop Hariito's_Shop> does show it properly.
Translating this might make things very wonky, so please report to me if you find anything that
doesn't work properly like missing names and such.

Minor notes:
- Some text in the recollection room needs to be shortened because it cuts off the right edge.
- Some text for the one-panel manga needs to be heavily revised from the original because of space limits. I hate you, u_010_マンガ.
- I retained a lot of Japanese ellipses (。。。) instead of normal ellipses (...) 
  because the font makes the normal one look bad, especially on Sheru that uses 
  over 12 of them at a time. If it looks bad for you, I'm sorry.

Interesting stuff:
- You can achieve true end without gifting a single leaf.
- Some notes & signs on tables and walls have no pointers, be sure to check them.

I personally loved this game's story, translating the true ending actually made me

-About Names-
This game has some rather foreign-like or strange names (it's all written in katakana so duh), 
and I'll detail what names I picked for them and why I used it. 
Well, most of them are literally their names romanized, though.

ラーシェ > Rashe
Some google searching brings in Lache, as in, the French word that means "Cowardice", or something.
Some people discussing about the game says that it could be Raashe, or Larche, and stuff.
Unfortunately, about an hour or so of digging up the dev's blogs and twitter account
shows that the dev never made a proper romanized name for her. For everyone else too, really.
I just used Rashe, because it sounds nice already and it's just her name romanized.

シェル > Sheru
Honestly, this one still bugs my mind.
No official romanization means that I have to decide for myself.
Shell is just terrible. Ciel isn't really correct, because Ciel would be シエル, not シェル.
I can't find any etymology roots or whatever for it either.
So in the end, I just used the pronunciation directly.

クリス > Chris
After the direct romanization of the previous two, I took a foreign route for Ms. Chris.
Kurisu sounds okay, but it doesn't really fit the names of other characters,
because even when just directly romanized, other characters still sounds kinda foreign.
And the name Chris is derived from, well, Christ, as google says. Pretty interesting when you consider her plot relevance.

アリス　> Alice
Okay, this is DEFINITELY Alice. I'm not gonna say anything else.
Arisu is a no-no.

ハリイト > Hariito
This one is interesting. This is the only human name to have somewhat Japanese origins.
The word 針糸 is read as Hariito, and it's composed of 針 (needle) and 糸 (thread).
Because that's pretty much her, I kept her name as is.
It's in katakana, so I used Hariito instead of making up a clever name (and risking ruining her character overall).
Imagine if I turned her name into like Threading or Prickstring something. Wow, that's a terrifying thought.

ニエノムラ > Village of Offering
Now this, I have to explain. Spoilers, of course.
See, you might be asking to yourself. 
"Why is the game titled Rashe and the Village of Sacrifice (ラーシェと生贄の村)?" 
"Where's the village of sacrifice? I didn't come here to get offerings! I want to die!"
Well, it doesn't exactly exist in the original game, either.
生贄の村 (Village of sacrifice) is read as Ikenie no mura.
The village in the game is ニエノムラ, or Nienomura. I can just use Village of Nie or Nieno Vilage, but that makes no sense.
To make up the current name, we need to mess around the kanjis.
The kanjis for sacrifice (ikenie), 生贄 is made of Life and Gift/Offering.
If we were to assume that Nienomura uses the Nie from Ikenie, then
贄の村 becomes village of gifts. For plot reasons, I use Offering instead.
This is incredibly interesting because the village itself is made for the sake
of the souls that has suffered throughout their life. In other words, 
the village is an "Offering" to those souls. Hence, the Village of Offering.
I picked Offering instead of Gifts to more easily fit the atmosphere.
Village of Gifts just sounds like a really happy place.
Though I guess the contrast might be interesting too.

This brings us to the next name,
ニエノガミ　> God of Offering
This is obvious. God of Nieno is just god of the village.
The name will obviously follow the village's name. Hence, the God of Offering.
 
シロッコ > Whitey
I assumed that シロッコ is made up of 白 and 子, and to keep it condensed
into a single word, I chose Whitey. Went with my gut feeling, really.
They're these cute little friendly ghosts that floats around carelessly,
I think Whitey fits. At least I hope it does. I'm sorry if it doesn't.
One interesting result is Scirocco and that just reminds me of that guy in gundam

̻シカククン > Squarey
Alternative for Shikaku-kun would be Mr. Square, 
but I tried to keep it into one word. 

Of course, every single one of these will immediately be changed if the dev makes an official romanized name for them.

Because their dialogue often drifts into katakana, so that's my way of showing that.
